Roku for TV Model 3920X
I have roku, acorn and netflix on the TV. Suddenly for both Acorn and Roku programs (does NOT happen with Netflix), using the Roku remote to try and select a program is not possible, as there is skipping past multiple programs in any direction up down left right and landing on a program I do not want.

Thanks for sharing with us the issue with your Roku device. We have a workaround for this issue: Navigate to Settings > System > Power > (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) System restart. Let's see if there are any changes after doing it.
