specifically on the roku tv (captions are normal on mobile app) the option for captions is unavailable. the on screen speech symbol is nothing there at all. anyone else else experiencing this or have a fix?? please help .
For Disney+ and most Roku apps, hit the asterisk "*" key to show the Roku menu where you can turn captions on and off. Apple TV+, Netflix, and Prime use their own menus you have to go through.
