Hello

I purchased a Kogan Smart Roku TV R95T. The remote has Prime, Disney and Stan on the remote control but the apps are not installed. I have gone all the way through the channel store and they are not available to install onto my TV. Why would the the top three apps not be available

Thanks for reaching out. We'd be more than happy to help you determine the reason you can't install apps on your Roku TV. 

Please be informed that the Roku streaming platform is US-based, and there are only limited locations where Roku is being supported. With this being said, kindly consider the location where you have activated your Roku TV and where you are currently streaming. 

The apps pre-programmed on your physical remote are all available on the Roku streaming platform. However, if you can't search for and install an app, it may be restricted or simply not supported on Roku.
