I just bought the TCL Series-4 55” (55S431) and my Xbox One X isn’t being detected. I ran through the normal setup for the TV and connected the Xbox to HDMI 1 with the included high speed HDMI cord but when I select the input it says “No Signal”. I have tried changing the HDMI settings, factory resetting the TV, and even multiple cables. Nothing has worked. Is there a fix for this or do I need to find another TV for my Xbox.
This issue happened on one of my kids Xbox's. But, simply swapping out the HTML cable to a known good cable fixed the problem for one of my kids.
