Wireless sound bar stopped working

Hello, I have a one month old Roku Pro series TV, Roku wireless sound bar and a pair of Roku wireless speakers, all purchased new. Everything has been working fine for a month. Today I watched a show and everything was working fine, I turned off the unit and when I came back several hours later to watch something the wireless sound bar was unable to be discovered and would not pair. I followed all of Rokus recommendations to repair to no avail. I called and spoke with a Roku customer service agent, she eventually forwarded me to a product specialist. I still can not pair my wireless sound bar back to the television. Any suggestions? Thank you!

  • When exactly did you notice this issue first happened? 
  • What troubleshooting steps you have taken in an attempt to resolve the issue?
  • Have you observed any recent updates before the issue took place? If so, kindly provide the latest software version of your Roku TV. It can be found in Settings > System > About
