So, on the bottom of our Roku TV it has the max launch or cancel. I hit cancel, and it will go back to the home page n right back to the max launch on bottom of TV. Why is it doing that and what can I do? I've turned TV off n on and it still does it
Do you have an HBO button on your remote? Is it stuck? Does it stop happening if you take the batteries out of the remote (assuming it's not a rechargeable remote)?
No hbo button and I've turned TV off and unplugged turned back on. Same thing. Replaced batteries in remote. Same
The next thing to try (if you can) is to use the Roku app on a phone or tablet. Take the batteries out of the remote and leave them out. Use the app as a remote and see if it still happens. If it doesn't, then the remote is faulty.
