May we first know on what Roku streaming device you are having this issue with? In addition, mentioning that it switches channels very slowly, have you tried to check for software updates? You can manually check it by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Software update > Check Now.
In addition, refer to our Support article on How to set up and watch live TV on your Roku TV system. Please note that this only works with Roku TVs and brand partners (Hisense, TCL, ONN, etc.). If you want to watch Live TV on your Roku streaming device (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, etc), you can watch it under The Roku Channel.
