This just started today (9/1/2024). Every time I power off the TV it wants to do a factory reset when I turn it on. All setup (wifi, connected devices, log in…same as what it does when you buy it new). Is there a battery internally that needs replaced?

Hi @Ryanhukor,
Thanks for taking your first post to the Roku Community!
We appreciate you letting us know about the trouble you've encountered with your Westinghouse Roku TV, which needs to be reset every time it turns on. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
In this case, we recommend entirely restarting the Roku TV completely by following the steps below:
- Locate the pinhole Reset button on the back of your TV near the antenna, HDMI, and audio connections.
- Using a straightened paperclip (or similar), press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds.
- Follow the steps to re-activate the Roku TV once more.
Note: Before performing the above steps, restart your modem/router.
If the issue persists, please provide the following details to help the relevant team to assess this issue:
- Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
Feel free to keep us posted on what you find out, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,
Chel

Re: Westinghouse Roku factory resets when powered off
Thank you, hitting the reset button did the job. Since then I’ve had no issues with the system automatically resetting every power cycle.
