A couple nights ago, the t.v volume suddenly became super loud. Zero being mute, obviously we can't hear anything, but just turning the volume "up" to "1", and it is annoyingly loud. Is this problem fixable ? HELP ! Lol.

We're happy to help you with the volume issue that changes on its own. Please try unplugging your Roku device from the power outlet and switching the HDMI cord to a different port on your TV.

In addition, please try adjusting the volume mode, you can turn it off or turn leveling on and see which fixes the issue. Also, please check if there are stuck buttons on your Roku remote.
