I have connected my Vizio sound bar to my Hisense 4k Roku TV via E-ARC/HDMI and the sound continually gets off synced. I have unplugged both sound bar and tv several times with no permanent luck.

If the problem persists, you may want to try using a different HDMI cable to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, if you have access to an optical cable, you could try using it to determine if the same issue occurs. To proceed, using your Roku remote navigate to Settings>>Audio>>Audio output>> then look for Optical.
