How to pair Bluetooth headphones
Before you can begin streaming Bluetooth audio, pair your headphones to your compatible Roku streaming device. Because this pairing information is retained even when Bluetooth devices are powered off, it is typically only necessary to pair your Bluetooth device once. After you complete the pairing process, your headphones will appear in the list of paired devices, and a headphone icon will appear on the television screen when adjusting the volume.

Hi @shuboy,
Thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community!
It would appear that we are missing some information here that would help us better understand the request that you made.
Could you please elaborate on this information for us? Are you referring to the private listening feature? Or to the wireless Bluetooth headphone feature?
Once we have a clearer grasp of the situation, we will be able to recommend the appropriate next steps.
Thanks,
Rey

My headphones are not Bluetooth. They are Sennheiser headphones and work by plugging into the TV and accessing its audio. They work, even when the TV's volume is all the way down. Allowing me to listen without bothering others. They worked fine with the regular Roku, but are not working with my new Roku Sound Bar.
