I am a TCL Roku TV that's about six years old now. I recently purchased the Roku Streambar Pro and a pair of Roku wireless surround speakers.
I assumed when I plugged in the Streambar it would provide an updated Roku interface. It did not, in fact I can't even use the remote that came with it. The Streambar paired using my existing TCL Roku remote. The soundbar works beautifully and produces amazing sound. I did not set up my wireless speakers at the same time. I waited a week until I could get mounting stands because I wanted to use them as rear speakers.
I know that I can't pair the speakers to the TV, they have to pair to the soundbar. I have spent hours trying and I don't know what else to do. Is it because I'm using the TCL TV Roku remote, and not the remote that came with the soundbar?
