I have an Onn 27 inch Roku TV.

I've got it on the same WiFi network as my phone and my PC.

However, neither can seem to find it to connect or cast to it.

This is really getting annoying, as Id like to connect wirelessly to it from my PC as a 2nd monitor.

I hope someone has some good news for me, like a fix, or a program that can find this TV for my devices.

Who is your ISP?  Someone recently said that he had to enable UPnP on his Spectrum router for the app to find his Roku devices.  It seemed odd to me, but what do I know?

Be aware that many Android phones will only work with genuine Chromecast supported devices (actual Chromecast or some Android/Google TV devices.)
