- Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
- Are you encountering any error codes or messages?
- Does the issue only occur on a specific channel while streaming or throughout the Roku platform?
- Have you tried to unplug and replug your Roku TV from the power source for at least 1020 seconds?
