My tv keeps turning on and off it’s not the remote cause I use my phone what does this mean

Thanks for letting us know about the power issues you're experiencing with your TV. We'd like to investigate to help determine the cause. 

Before we proceed, could you confirm what specific model your TV is? Is it a Roku-branded TV or a partnered TV like Hisense, TCL, ONN, etc.? 

In the meantime, we highly recommend directly plugging it into a power source outlet instead of a power strip.

my tv keeps turning on and off I tried plugging it into a wall outlet and its still doing the same thing. Please help me correct this problem.
