My tv Hisense Roku Tv 2019 keeps blinking on and off Model: 55R7F I change the outlet. And it’s still doing it.

We'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer offers direct support and warranty services for their Roku OS products.
