I have cec enabled on my series s and a high speed hdmi and the cec works with my Nintendo switch so why won’t it work with my Xbox series s?

@X86dogsx

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried using another HDMI cabe to connect the Xbox as well as using another HDMI port on the TV to see if that resolves what you are experiencing?

Please keep us posted what you find out.

Thanks,
Danny

Does not work for me. Tried both ports and different hdmi cords and it’s enabled on my Xbox one S

@XRyu99

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-what are you seeing on screen

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further.

Thanks,
Danny
