The home screen of the Roku TV is displaying as blank. ID C0-250-540
I have a Hisense Roku Tv Model: D206X - Roku TV.
I am having the same issue as others (https://community.roku.com/t5/Issue-Tracking-Board/SOLVED-Blank-Roku-TV-Home-Screen/m-p/977505#M3010) where the tv has No Menu and is Stuck on the Clock Screen.
I have tried all fixes recommended in the post but it is is till the same.
In the fix/comment from moderator @RokuMaryEF it states to post a new thread if you still have the issue.

Re: The home screen of the Roku TV is displaying as blank. ID C0-250-540
Hi @Franc1scO1234,
Welcome, and thank you for posting to the Roku Community!
We appreciate you bringing your concern about your Roku TV, which turns into a purple screen, to our attention.
In this case, please try performing a factory reset on your Roku TV. The factory reset button is on the back or bottom of the TV. It may either be a tactile button or a pinhole design that requires a straightened paperclip for access.
Once you locate the Reset button and your Roku TV is powered on, press and hold the button firmly for about 10 seconds. When the factory reset is complete, an indicator light or status LED will blink rapidly on most Roku devices.
Important: Do not hold the reset button for longer than 10 seconds.
Please note that performing this step will erase all data on your Roku TV, and you will need to reactivate the TV. This includes re-authenticating any apps that require your credentials.
For detailed instructions, refer to the official Roku Support article: How to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device | Official Roku Support.
If the issue persists, kindly provide us with the following information so we can include your device in the process of investigation:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- A photo or screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.
We look forward to your response and hope this information helps resolve the issue. Please let us know how it goes.
All the best,
Chel
