I’ve seen a lot of these posts but nothing has worked as far as the suggestions go. I’ve had the tv for less than a year. Is there a way to repair and/or replace mine?

It started yesterday when I turned it on. It has never happened before. I’ve tried soft and hard resetting, turning power off/on, adjusting cables. It isn’t giving me the option to add a photo

This doesn't make any sense. I have the image but "source" doesn't tell me anything. I've tried dragging it in, copying the location from my computer, copy and pasting the image....
It's version ETA.50R02920A model 65R6A5R
