TCL roku not connecting even though signal says excellent. Every device in the house is functioning fine. We've had this t.v. only a year. Called customer service line and they walked me through many different options to try, but nothing was successful. We haven't moved the tv or changed anything around. Very frustrating! Model 43s425

Have you already tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue? For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your device to another wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
