Thanks for letting us know about the issue you are experiencing streaming with your RCA Roku TV, which cannot stream on multiple channels. We appreciate the steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
We'd be more than happy to look into this further. For us to help you better, we will ask a set of questions to isolate the issue:
- Are you still in Canada? If not, what region are you currently located in?
- When did the issue start?
- Are there any recent changes on your Roku device, perhaps in the setup or settings, that might cause the problem?
- Are you encountering any error codes or messages?
- What is your device's OS version? (can be found in Settings > System > About.)
- Have you tried removing the channel you observed this issue on from the Roku home screen? Then, restart your device. Once it loads up again, add the channel and try playing content again.
For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend connecting your Roku device to an alternative wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are still experiencing the same issue.
