TV in boot loop and finding any help from companies is limited

I have a 65" Hisense tv and the thing is stuck in what appears to be boot loop, based on other information that i have read. Trying to get the firmware update to see if that fixes it before i move on to more expensive alternatives. Called Hisence and was told they dont do the firmware updat and to check here. get here and it is saying my model number is wrong and wont proceed. not sure, but im pretty sure the model number in the picture of the back of my tv is correct. Any solutions

Greeting @ericccook

Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Let us help. When a new version is available, it is automatically downloaded and installed without interrupting the use of your Roku TV. Should you wish, you can also manually check for new software updates.

If your Roku TV is not connected to the internet, or in your case stuck on a boot loop, software updates must be done manually by first downloading a file to your computer, copying it to a USB flash drive, and then connecting that flash drive to your Roku TV.

For detailed instructions about this, you may visit our Support page: How to use USB to update your unconnected Roku TV

Does this clear the problem? Keep us posted.

Regards,
Nimfa
