TV display is black and won't go back

When I turn my TV on, the display flashes, then goes black. I've tried different cords thinking it was a power problem, I tried restarting the tv, and I have tried to unplug the TV for 15-20 minutes and still nothing.

Roku does not manufacture TVs.  You will have better luck contacting the manufacture of your TV.
