I have a TCL Roku TSR1 soundbar and TCL Roku 55US5800 TV.
I bought this soundbar months ago and it has worked fine. I occasionally had to re-pair the two but today they are unpaired and I have tried everything short of a complete factory reset of the TV (have reset the audio and video) and they just won't pair.
I have held the reset button down on the soundbar several times. I have unplugged it for several minutes several times. I have unplugged the TV and restarted it. I even restarted our WIFI router in the house, not being sure if the TV and soundbar talk directly or work over the WIFI.
The TV is wired directly via ethernet to the router if that makes a difference.
Any ideas.

We understand your concern; however, Roku only provides the operating system for your TV. We do not manufacture or sell the TCL TSR1 soundbar model. Each TV manufacturer offers direct support for its TV models. Please contact the TV/soundbar manufacturer for further support with this issue.

If the issue persists, it will require assistance from our friends at TCL. If you're encountering an issue with your Roku TV manufactured by a Roku partner, start by contacting your Roku TV manufacturer. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support for its TV models. This is not a solution. This is a wireless soundbar that previously worked. Yes, it is plugged in, even speaking to me on how to connect. It was previously connected to this TV. IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER CABLES.
