We have reset wifi. We have turned everything off and then turned back on. We have put in our network. Usually even when system》network 》 about = not connected so check connection just scans and does not pick up any networks. As soon as power supply is turned off and back on, it starts like it should, connected to everything it should be connected too.
Tv is connected to surge protector (likes to storm in our area).
