I ordered Roku Smart TV – 75-Inch Pro Series 4K on Amazon.

Over a week ago I ordered on Amazon. Still have not shipped or taken the money from my account. It says delivery appointment pending. Even though I filled out everything to tell them what time of the day is best to drop it off at. Was expecting a phone call or email to actually schedule the delivery and confirm my purchase. But have not heard anything

I suspect you need to contact Amazon about that. Even if they are only handling it for a third party seller, they are your go-between between buyer and seller.
