2023 and still no resolution....  I doubt the powers that be even READ these posts.  It is just a simple setting people -- ONLY have the banner display if the user pushes the OK button!!!  Besides, the guide is always available for information.  Golly, I guess it's rocket science and like has already been said, they just don't care...  😖  If this is not fixed, I will definitely NEVER buy another Roku TV and let people know of this MAJOR flaw.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? Can you provide a screenshot of what is appearing on your TV so we can better understand the issue?

To recreate the problem, just watch OTA tv with flakey reception in the boonies (I live in the Rocky Mountains).  Every time reception blips out, the channel banner pops up blocking about 1/2 the screen.  We would rather see the tv picture pixelated and some of the subtitles to try and follow along than have about 1/2 the screen totally blocked by the banner, bottom line.  It's the same banner that shows as you change channels.  There is nothing to tech on our end, it is a Roku glitch that no other tv has.  I have already given a fix: CHANGE THE SETTINGS TO ONLY DISPLAY THE CHANNEL BANNER WHEN WE CLICK OK AND CHOOSE TO SEE IT, i.e. NOT BE AUTOMATIC.
