Re: TCL Roku TV not playing content on several subscription Channels.

You can't use one Roku account in two different regions without problems, so your TV in NY should be linked to a Roku account created in the US, the one in Canada should be linked to a Roku account created in Canada, and the traveling stick, well... there's no good solution for a device that travels from one region to another.  You either have to factory reset it each time you go from one region to the other so you can link it to the appropriate Roku account or get a separate device for traveling in each region that's linked to the appropriate Roku account.

Note that subscriptions taken out through Roku are linked to the Roku account, so it's best to subscribe directly with providers unless you want to take out multiple subscriptions for the same service.

Re: TCL Roku TV not playing content on several subscription Channels.

It sounds like your TCL Roku TV is having trouble playing content from multiple subscription channels editor. Try restarting your TV and checking for any system photoeditor or app updates. If the issue continues, you may need to reset the TV or contact Roku support for further assistance.

Re: TCL Roku TV not playing content on several subscription Channels.

If your TCL Roku TV is not playing content on several subscription channels, follow these professional troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify Network Connection:
Navigate to Settings > Network > Check Connection to ensure the TV has a stable internet connection. Restart your router if necessary.

2. Restart the TV:
Perform a system restart via Settings > System > Power > System Restart to refresh the system.

3. Update Roku Software:
Ensure the TV is running the latest software by selecting Settings > System > System Update > Check Now.

4. Reinstall Affected Channels:

Remove the problematic channel by highlighting it, pressing the *** (Star)** button, and selecting Remove Channel.

Restart the TV, then reinstall the channel from the Roku Channel Store.

5. Clear Cache:
Use the remote sequence (Home x5, Up, Rewind x2, Fast Forward x2) to clear the system cache.

6. Contact Support:
If issues persist, reach out to Roku support or the specific channel’s customer service for further assistance.
