We've received updates from our relevant team regarding this case and would like to know your router and modem make/model. It may be possible that it has a dual-band Wi-Fi network (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz band), and your Roku TV is connected to one band and your computer to the other; hence, they will not see each other or trigger the screen mirror.
