TCL Roku tv apps would not respond Home Screen comes back on after trying to connect. Unplugged tv. Now trying to reboot but it just trying to restart. Remote not responding. What do I do to fix?

About all you can try is a factory reset or recovery mode (if your TV supports it).  If it's still under warranty, contact TCL.
