TCL Roku TV keeps restarting before I can access anything

Jump to solution

My TCL Roku TV keeps rebooting. It will show the main screen for a few seconds then shut off and restart. Just keeps repeating. Can’t even access settings before it shuts back off and restarts. I’ve not had this issue until now.

Hi, @Ckmurray21

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We understand the issue you have experienced with your Roku TV, and we're here to assist. To resolve this, we recommend unplugging your Roku device from the power source for one minute and plugging it in again. Changing a power source, such as connecting the Roku TV to a different power outlet, is also advised.

Additionally, you can contact TCL's support directly if the troubleshooting step above didn't resolve the issue. They'll be able to provide you with further support since Roku TV manufacturers provide direct support with their TV models. You can reach them at TCL Roku TV Support.

Feel free to let us know if you have further concerns or inquries.

Best wishes,
Kash
