I have a TCL 55R615 Roku TV, and our remote (it’s the IR version, so it must be pointed at the TV to work) is no longer working well. Inputs aren’t registering often, so we’re looking to replace the remote. I’ve been trying to find information about what Roku remotes are compatible with it, but nothing is listed when I enter the model number on the Roku website. Does this mean none of them will work with the TV?

Any of the voice remotes will work with any Roku TV, but they have to be paired and I believe you need a working remote to accomplish the pairing.  The Roku mobile app can be used as that remote as long as your TV is connected to your network.  The other, and cheaper, option is the Roku remote for TVs which will work with any Roku TV.

I don't know if that model number lookup thing applies to Roku TVs or just Roku players.
