Suddenly sound goes away

My ONN Roku tv loses the sound it seems when changing channel. I have to turn the tv off then back on and the sound returns. I have tried all the basics to fix it but nothing works. Any ideas ????

Are you talking about watch TV over an antenna, or streaming? Or both?
