Stuck ad timer on upper right of screen

TCL Roku TV has been great for over a year but a week or so ago there is an Ad timer showing 27 seconds and 1 of 1 in the upper right of the screen.

Has anyone else seen this? How to fix?

Try a "System restart" from Settings->System->Power.
