I have two Streaming Stick 4K units that both stopped working or work started working intermittently at the same time. Was there an update that caused this problem. I've had both units for over 2 years with zero problems until a couple of months ago.

As far a behavior, both units will randomly stop working. I mean, just scrolling left/right/up/down between apps and it just freezes. The only way to get it to work again is to unplug it from the usb and/or reset it. Then you have to go through the whole setup process and sign in and update the apps. It will usually work for a little bit and then it will happen again. I've given up on them and gone back to using Apple TV.

We're sorry for the experience. Would you mind rebooting your router as well? Also, try connecting the Roku stick to a mobile hotspot just to see if there will be a difference with streaming. Lastly, can you clarify if the freezing happens when accessing certain channels or apps on Roku or happens on the overall home screen navigation?
