After the Oct 11 - 2024 software update, the Spectrum app has extreme frame loss and audio that is not synced on my Streambar. I have 2 other Roku express boxes and neither of them have that problem, video and audio is perfectly clear. Is the Spectrum TV app causing this in conjunction with the Roku Streambar, or is this a Streambar problem. Again just started happening after the 10-11-2024 software update.

I reset all of my network components, cable internet modem (Spectrum), router, Roku stream bar, and TV, problem is on all channels in the Spectrum app, massive frame loss, audio is clear but not synced.
I disconnected the Stream bar and installed a Roku express I have on the same Sony TV, it does not have any problems, all Spectrum channels have clear video and audio.
Stream bar was purchased:
Device type: Roku Stream bar
Serial number: YL00CC535862
Added: Mar 7, 2024
Again, started happening after the last software update.

Just got off the phone with customer support, talked me through a factory reset.
That fixed my problem
