We understand the compatibility issue between your Roku TV and your Roku Streambar SE. To help you out, could you please provide us with the serial number and your TV's model name? You can usually find it on the back or side of the TV or through the settings. Here's how: Home > Settings > System > About. Also, if you could snap a clear photo of the error message on the screen, that would be super helpful for us to look into this.
