I just bought a RCA 65" Roku smart TV (MODEL #RTRU6528-B-CA) and my sound settings (star button while streaming) are not working almost like they are locked out or something.
I have tried playing with the Audio settings in the main menu trying every setting possible and the quick menu while streaming still won't work.
Any reason why I cannot adjust my settings at all on this TV!?
I have a Sharp and a Sanyo, both roku tvs as well a streaming stick and this feature works with no issues on them! So why not this one?
This feature only works on TV speaker output!? WHY?? SO STUPID!
This is very frustrating!
