Hi I got a new tcl 2.1 system worked great and then about a month later it only goes up by 3 increments on volume here is the info

• When did the issue start?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

In the meantime, you may try to restart your Roku TV by going to settings, system, power, and system restart.

• It is on any channel or service 
• about three weeks after getting the new soundbar  (tcl same as the Roku tv)
• We have restarted the system and soundbar. Unplugged soundbar and tv, changed from Dolby to regular, changed the audio to straight stereo, changed audio type to straight arc.
