Sharp Roku tv stuck updating channels after complete factory reset

The dreaded "can't run channel" message came up on my Roku tv. After updating everything and trying all suggested fixes I could find, I did a complete factory reset. I selected my channels, but now the tv is stuck updating the channels with the message "aligning solar panels". I'm not even going to pretend to know what solar panels are being referred to as I have none and surprisingly, none came with the tv. 🙄 I just want my tv to work again. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My roku also is stuck saying aligning solar panels will be for days with no improvement even after factory reseting and all of the above, nobody has a suggestion for this tho and it's b.s.
