Ruko contrast low on shows and movies only

My home page and apps look normal but when I go to play a show or movie on any of the apps the shows are really dark like the contrast was turned down. But the Home Screen and everything else looks normal. What do I do

We understand that you're encountering a problem with the resolution of your movies and apps. Rest assured that we're here to provide you with assistance so you can get back on streaming. 

Internet connectivity fluctuations may occasionally lead to these issues. The quality of the content on your channels is reliant on the stability of your internet connection.

To troubleshoot the problem, try performing the following steps to see if it improves your current situation:

  • Restart your Router. Simply unplug your router and plug it back in, and in other cases, you may need to press a reset button on the router. 
  • Restart your Roku Device. Navigate to your Home screen. Then go to Settings > System > Power > System restart. This will allow the device to be rebooted and return to its normal operation.
