My home page and apps look normal but when I go to play a show or movie on any of the apps the shows are really dark like the contrast was turned down. But the Home Screen and everything else looks normal. What do I do

To troubleshoot the problem, try performing the following steps to see if it improves your current situation:
- Restart your Router. Simply unplug your router and plug it back in, and in other cases, you may need to press a reset button on the router.
- Restart your Roku Device. Navigate to your Home screen. Then go to Settings > System > Power > System restart. This will allow the device to be rebooted and return to its normal operation.
