Rokutv, USB files not visible

When I plug in a USB in my Roku tv and navigate to a folder with movies, then open the folder.  The screen does not show all the files.  I have several folders each with 30-40 movies.  Each movies is 40-60 minutes.  I only see 2-5 movies to play.

is there any solution?
