All of a sudden my tv changed channels to YouTube without selecting it, and now my tv is stuck on it. Unable to get to Home Screen to reset in settings, so I did the manual reset button. Then I could not make any selections with remote or Roku app so I unplugged the tv and once I plugged it back in, it went right back to YouTube and can’t get out of it

Your remote may have a stuck button(s).  Assuming it's not rechargeable, take the batteries out and then plug in the TV.  If it doesn't go back to YouTube once it boots, it must be the remote.

Not the remote. Put new batteries in and won’t even recognize the remote I and having to use the one in the app
