Roku stream bar used on a Roku TV
Can I use my Roku stream bar on a Roku TV since the Roku TV already has Roku built into it or should I just buy a regular TV?

Re: Roku stream bar used on a Roku TV
Hi, @nopretenders
Greetings here in the Roku community!
Thank you for your inquiry. We're happy to clarify this for you. Yes, you can use your Roku TV with the Roku Stream Bar.
- If you connect the Roku Streambar to your Roku TV, the setup process typically starts within a few seconds once the device is recognized. If you connect your Streambar and the setup process does not begin automatically, you need to use the on-screen instructions for a non-Roku TV system.
- If you use Roku Streambar and it is connected to a non-Roku TV system, you just need to complete the standard on-screen setup process.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,

Re: Roku stream bar used on a Roku TV
Thank you so much for your reply Jharra. So I'm guessing that when you use the Roku stream bar with a Roku TV that the Roku TV is designed to override the Wi-Fi connection in the stream bar and see the stream bar as a speaker only, correct?
