Roku plus series missing wifi hardware

I have a brand new Roku plus series TV that I have only had for 2 weeks. Today I turned it on and saw that it was not connected to internet. I scan for wifi and I see a note that says wireless hardware missing. How do I fix this issue

To address this issue, have you considered using an Ethernet cable or trying a different network like a mobile hotspot to see if it persists?
