Hi there,

I just started having the same issue yesterday and it has never happened before.

Has there been a fix on this or what can we do to resolve this from happening as soon as possible?

We discovered that our issue was related to the TV's power delivery. The TV was 9+ years old and seemed to be having power issues. We had this roku problem for almost a year before the TV ended up dying (didn't have enough power to turn on the screen). So we replaced the TV and haven't had issues with Roku since.
