Thanks for letting us know about the audio issues you've observed on your Element Roku TV. We'd be happy to help you contact the right support for this.
In cases like this, it seems like this could be a hardware issue. If you've already tried to unplug and re-plug your TV to no avail, we highly recommend directly contacting your TV manufacturer, as they are responsible for issues like this.
We only support the running software operating system of your Element Roku TV, and this does not include hardware issues like black screen and speakers.
