If it's not finding any Wi-Fi networks, check the "Wireless MAC address" that's displayed under Settings->Network->About. If it's all zeros then you've got a major problem. If it's not all zeros, can you use you phone as a hotspot to see if it discovers and connects to that? That might tell us if the network hardware is working at all.
