A few months ago I bought 24 in ONN Roku tv and set it up in my kitchen and now it doesn’t connect or discover any internet connection I’ve tried resetting it resetting the network settings even a factory reset. I’m kind of screwed because I don’t have the receipt for the tv and when I spoke to the ONN customer service they said they need a proof of purchase to be able to fix my issue but I can’t find my receipt but does anyone have a solution for this issue.

If it's not finding any Wi-Fi networks, check the "Wireless MAC address" that's displayed under Settings->Network->About.  If it's all zeros then you've got a major problem.  If it's not all zeros, can you use you phone as a hotspot to see if it discovers and connects to that?  That might tell us if the network hardware is working at all.
