We would be happy to look further into this issue but we will need more details. May we know how are you powering your Roku TV? Is it through a power strip/extension cord plug or directly to a wall outlet? Also, what specific brand is your Roku TV? Further, do you see an LED light or any light source from your TV implying that it's on or connected to a power source?
